Title: MPEG index file on user temp directory
Post by: chafidz on May 29, 2014, 02:41:06 AM
If MPEG indexing can be done on user temporary folder instead in the directory of the MPEG files, I think it would be great.
And that can save me some time and space from copying the entire MPEG files to harddrive from DVDs / BLU-RAYs whan i want to rip them.
Or is this possible to tweak the current version to do this?

Avidemux is not a ripping program. This would need you to get the videos 1st from dvd or blu-ray to preferable hard disc. It makes more sense to keep indexing files (.idx /.idx2) with the video source material.
