I notived the rotate filter does not say what way if being rotated. Clockwise or anti clockwise.
So i suggest adding this info.

is in degrees (right turned)
090Ã,Â° = anti clockwise
180Ã,Â° = upside down
270Ã,Â° = clockwise

I don't think degree says anything about direction.

always to the right until you are told otherwise.

The German translation has it. The filter is called "Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn" ("Rotate clockwise") there.
