Title: Vdpau 16K surface
Post by: Jan Gruuthuse on January 09, 2017, 09:13:17 AM
Vdpau tries to allocate surfaces 16384 x10240
[renderDisplayResize] 09:05:40-803  Render to 16384x10240 zoom=0, old one =0 x 0, zoom=2, render=(nil)
  [init] 09:05:40-804  [Vdpau]Init
  [init] 09:05:40-804  [VDpau] Allocating surfaces 16384 x10240 , 16384 x 10240, 4096 x x2560
[surfaceCreate] 09:05:40-828  ADM_coreVdpau::funcs.createSurface(ADM_coreVdpau::vdpDevice,VDP_CHROMA_TYPE_420,width,height,surface) call failed with error=The size of a supplied object does not match the object it is being used with.
[init] 09:05:40-828  Cannot create input Surface

Is there away to circumvent this? scaled to surface instead of using full resolution?
Did came across this while testing 6K, suppose issue is there if you go higher then 4K on one monitor? (Wild guess)
