I just installed the 2.6.20 update but I can't find anymore the h265 (or x265) in output video encoding.
I'm switching back to 2.6.19 which had it.
I am the only one with that trouble ?

Will x265 encoding return in a next version ?
Or is it a definitive disparition ?
The release notes don't warn about that... What a sad surprise...
It was an issue with the build environment used to cross-compile the official win64 Avidemux builds. The new, fixed build will be distributed shortly as 2.6.21 without changes to the code (apart from bumping the version).

You can just use the 32 bit version.
It's not an emergency. I will wait for the 2.6.21 x64.

In most cases you won't get any benefit from using a 64bit build (well, the changelog in 32bit 2.6.20 is broken, but this hardly matters ;)).

Mean told the release of the 2.6.21 will be near, so I will wait for it.

It seems to be ok.
I've noticed small differences in the x265 parameters between my previous saved projects and the now ones.
I didn't investigate further as it seems to be ok.
I'm trying some encodings to see some visual differences.
