Hi would somebody be able to do a Tutorial for HEVC settings?
Something like this: http://www.avidemux.org/admWiki/doku.php?id=tutorial:h.264 (http://www.avidemux.org/admWiki/doku.php?id=tutorial:h.264) but ultimately focused of what values are good and bad with current day equipment.
Hopefully it shouldn't be too hard to do mostly copy paste just change the directions and advise from those who know their stuff.
A year later, still no one can help?
I am sure that there are tutorials on how to configure various HEVC settings.
A simple google search reveals many sites that delve into this topic.
Not so hard to match such information to the HEVC settings available in Avidemux.
And then to follow that up by contributing a tutorial for all Avidemux end users.
Waiting a year to see if somebody else will do this for you should be a hint that this is low priority.
Probably because of resource and time limitations and HEVC being still relatively new.
