Title: Split screen 2 video

Can we have some basic split screen function in avidemux?
- 2 video input (same source 720p, 1080i/p, ...)
- side by side or top and bottom
- resized to source video or newly sized video (sum of the 2)
-- 720p, 1280Ãâ€"720 side by side = 1280 x 1440
-- 720p, 1280Ãâ€"720 top and bottom = 2560 x 720

time permitting and if possible.

You actually suggest to replace the current split screen function in some filters with a side-by-side preview. Anything else would be IMVHO pretty complicated, the side-by-side half-height solution should be doable but the benefit might be limited.

- Side By Side Video 23.5 MB
