There is a new H264 encoder in git
It only supports INTEL video chip WITH video encoding
It is tuned for speed, not quality, so :
* Use a large bitrate, like 2x or 3x what you would use usually
* Only I & P frames
It is experimental, but seems to work
It will probably NOT work with the appImage, the libVA is not compatible from one version to another
