I got sound gaps between the drag&doped video sequences when playing and also after converting to mp4. o_O
How can i avoid this?

If you can't ensure that all appended videos don't contain B-frames, the only way is to delete a portion of video around each boundary. Gaps can't be fully avoided because all videos containing B-frames have to begin with some delay (at least the number of reference frames minus one, multiplied with the time increment), i.e. not at zero linear time.
