I screen recorded a tutorial and created 1 hour mp4 video file. I need to edit/substitute 2 minutes of audio and leave the rest unchanged. How can I do it in Avidemux? Video created in OBS.

Import the resulting file into e.g. Audacity, edit it as needed, export as 16 bit low-endian PCM, add this audio file as external audio track in Avidemux ("Audio" --> "Select Track" --> open the dropdown menu "Track 0 from video" to reach "...Add audio track" menu item), reencode audio.
