Title: Copy filter or allow multiple partial filter ranges

Sometimes i want to apply the same filter to multiple non contiguous ranges... it would be great if i could do that!
Alternatively, I could live with duplicate filter, and set it to a different range

Avidemux allows to do exactly so. What is the problem?
