Thank you, the log shows that the aac-fdk plugin is indeed missing.
Unless you need the VapourSynth demuxer, available only in VC++ builds, you could resort to MinGW nightlies for now while the issue with VC++ build env is being sorted out: https://avidemux.org/nightly/win64/

Please define "come out". A current Avidemux VC++ build with the fdk-aac audio encoder plugin included is already available, downloadable from the direct link above.
A mistake in the detection of capabilities of the fdk-aac library present in the build environment resulted in the library being rejected and the plugin build disabled. The project maintainer has identified the mistake (wrong variables passed to the cmake macro performing the check) and corrected it.
