I received a video, in, MP4 format, but its frame transitions look are not smooth.
Is it possible to fix it? If yes, How??

Please launch Avidemux, load the video in question, play it until you notice the problem, stop playback, close Avidemux, then compress (zip or 7z) and attach admlog.txt from %localappdata%\avidemux\ to your reply. The log might provide clues what sort of a problem this is.
