New Avidemux lacks the most basic features.
Playing, marking, deleting,.. this part is ok.
Nothing else can be done.
Change speed

Rotate
etc
can't be done. it is not offered. Only some extremely technical
nonuserfriendly options are there.
Why make it worse for no reason?
Who would still use this program for what.

Where are they located?
Probably you are looking for "Change FPS".
Reverse is not available (yet).
Reverse is available via export of a selection as a set of JPEG images and re-import of these images in reverse order (see Preferences).
