Hello,
I tried opening some videos today, but I received the error "The Width of the video 31408 px exceeds maximum supported Width 8192." which seems wrong, since all my video players can play this file just fine and report a resolution of 700x576 px.
And ideas what might be wrong?

Indeed, if the content of the video is innocuous enough, please provide the file as sample via WeTransfer, Mega, Dropbox or Google Drive.
