It seems quite straighforward but I'm getting an unusable result.
I get the warning about H.264 B-frames. If I tell it no the result stutters horribly. If I tell it yes the *VIDEO* is fine but the audio is running too fast. This is a simple merge with no re-encoding, since the audio data itself isn't being altered I would think this means it's being somehow marked with the wrong play rate.
Why??
(One thought--the files are PAL, 25 frames/sec. While I didn't try to time the audio error I wouldn't be surprised to learn it was running at 30/25.)
Yamb+MP4box might work better if you just want to join the videos.
AVIdemux 2.6 does handle audio desync better, so you might want to try it.

Yamb doesn't seem to understand .flv files at all. 2.6 didn't give me the H.264 B-frame warning and it seems to have produced a working file.

It's back and this time the 2.6 version is even worse.
The video simply doesn't work when it's merged with either the beta or release versions.
I think the same person did the original encoding, they are again from YouTube but now they are HD video with a .mp4 extension.
