Title: Cannot load x264 config and some minor issues

For now there is no possibility to load own x264 preset another time while it is possible to save a preset. It finishes with 'Cannot load preset' message.

Also one minor issue and i dont want to create new topic for it: in x264 configuration --> Motion tab --> Subpixel Refinement: the control doesn't change value in the right input when moving as it should be. And putting the value in the right manually doesnt have influence on the control too.

EDIT: in x264 configuration --> Frame tab i can't set custom setting for Maximum Reference Frames - it ignores my custom setting and when reopening x264 config it shows 1 again

only letter of partition is cut off in custom preset and as you can see it hasn't been applied to loading iphone and psp presets and in the previous log these presets had similar weird double path connected with slash in both situations (or i'm wrong and it's shown like that intentionally).

it's fixed in r7646 including iphone and psp are available to choose. Thx!

what about 2 remaining things?

these events dont produce any output in log.

Should be fixed (one missing + one typo)
I've not verified yet that those parameters are really used

REGRESSION it worked long time ago (i rechecked r7646 as reported above) however in the final 2.6.0 it's broken again in Win7
