vob audio 2.5.6 <> 2.6

As users complaining about audio delays. Done some small test. Loaded a .vob file in 2.5.6 and 2.6 and cut the same segment.
Notice: difference in i-frames timing on same video between 2.5.6 and 2.6.
start:
  6.56.000 for 2.5.6
  6:56:147 for 2.6
end:
  7:16.640 for 2.5.6
  7:16.787 for 2.6

Is there a relation with how much do 2.5.6 users shift audio to synchronize?
