Resaving mp4v2 breaks audio

When a mp4v2 file is resaved to a new mp4v2 file, the audio is broken.

Avidemux also does not report any error when saving a file to a disk with no free space.

Resaving? Are you re-encoding the clip? Are you editing the clip? Does this happen with Audio: Copy set? ... ?
You need to give more details on steps you made. Sample video, so this can be recreated by developers.

The video and audio is just resaved in copy mode. The bug does not happen with mp4v1.
