Audio Issue
« on: September 15, 2012, 03:56:25 PM »
How's  everyone doing today?

I have a (hopefully) simple problem when I try to run 2.6. I keep getting an error "trouble initializing audio device"

I'm completely knew to the program itself and could use some help fixing it.

My goal is actually to increase the volume for the video, so any tips on that would be greatly appreciated also.

Edit->Preferences -> Audio

Make sure you have the right audioDevice
Usually for windows => win32
for linux => pulseAudio

try 1st with video that should work: https://rapidshare.com/files/3142302152/TimelapseSRTDemo.zip if that works. provide a 20 MB sample upload to rapidshare or similar webservice and provide link to it.
