Request: Resizer(s) 4K capabilities and some improvements

Time permitting,

could you take the resizers upscaling capability up to 4K 2160p resolution. (Feel the new hardware is up to this, the codecs are, don't know for encoders)

Just done some testing on resizing (upscale)
Can the upscale be increased to 4K 2160p resolution 3840x2160 (16:9)
swsResize is only capable of up to 200%, could this be increased to 300%
the other resizers only do a fraction of what swsResize can handle.

Would it be possible to have the percentage option added, as it keeps the aspect ratio and is faster way to input, to these resizers:

vdpau: Resize takes only up to
Height 2048
Width 2048
is not accepting direct digit input, up arrow only way to get there. (improvement)

openGL: Resize Resize takes only up to
Height 2048
Width 2048
is not accepting direct digit input, up arrow only way to get there.  (improvement)

additional locking existing aspect ratio option would be great. (only one input to give at that moment)
