Edit Glyph

Hello & happy new year from France, 
Avidemux is a really good program to OCR and make glyph specialy with DVBsubtitle (.ts) and I can edit them using the fonction "Edit Glyph" but the large file where glyphes are has no extention and I really need to convert it to .bmp to export it to other program.
Is there a way to do that ? I really hope.
