AVIHeader is suspicious after encoding a video

Thought so... I looked as well and couldn't figure it out. For whatever reason, Windows does not like the Avidemux encoded avis. I'm fine re-encoding with virtualdubmod for the time being.

I can confirm that audio is no longer lost when skipping in an opendml AVI.

The Windows details and thumbnail issue still persists. I'll try hex-editing the header and seeing if I can get the thumbnail to show. If I figure it out, I'll let you know.

It's because windows prefers annexB h264 for avi
