2.6.1 on Windows crashes when closing file, every time

I can only process one file, and then must run again and dismiss the "load crash" notice, and only then do the next file.  Every file I've tried will crash upon closing, either by closing in the File menu so I can load another one, or when exiting the program.

Is this a known problem, or do I need to somehow gather more information about it?

I confirm. r8494 win64 chash when closing file. Why I don't know.

Anything I ought to do, like supply a dump file or something?
