Where is the "optimize for streaming" option?

Hi,

I need the moov atom to be placed in the beginning of my mp4 files and I've read in this thread that it's possible to do so using the MP4v2 muxer and choosing the "optimize for streaming" option (it also seems that it's on by default).

Well, the problem is that I cannot find such an option. There's only an "add ipod metadata" when clicking on MP4v2 options, I've also tried it (just in case it only changed its name) but it doesn't do what I need.

Does this option exist at all or was it removed in some older version?

It's a pity because I need to remux the files I generate with Avidemux with ffmpeg to get a moov atom at all, and then use qt-faststart (also from the ffmpeg package) to place it at the beginning of the file...
