Avidemux 2.6.4 r8837
Windows XP sp3

When starting encoding (to x264, mp4 muxer) I imediately get this errrormessage:
Quote from: AvidemuxCannot setup codec. Bitrate too low ?
And of course Avidemux won't do the encoding job.

Sample video file that Avidemux fails to convert:
http://rapidshare.com/files/2967987154/100_3013.MOV

mean

It s because the video is 309 x xxxx
Resize or crop it to be at least even, preferably a multiple of 8 or 16
