RPMs too

It looks like daily packaging was broken by setting the "RELEASE" flag in cmake/avidemuxVersion.cmake from r8981

-#SET(RELEASE)
+SET(RELEASE 1)

which turned off bits below:

IF(NOT RELEASE)
        SET(CPACK_PACKAGE_VERSION_PATCH "${CPACK_PACKAGE_VERSION_PATCH}-${ADM_SUBVERSION}")
ENDIF(NOT RELEASE)

svn archaeology indicates the RELEASE flag was off until 2.6.4 and then turned off again during 2.6.6.  And now turned on again during 2.6.7.  But I don't remember having such problems before.  Or maybe I wasn't trying to build RPMs then.  :)
