0xc0000142 error

I went to use the 2.6.11Beta release today and just get windows 0xc0000142 error . I "upgraded" to the 2.6.11 release and same problem. I am running the latest Windows 10 beta (fast ring) so maybe that's the problem? I think the error has to do with an unsigned DLL...

That is not Beta, these are Alfa releases (Insider-builds). Update to 11102 or higher and see if it improves.
Otherwise Microsoft advices to use Slow Ring.

Maybe try (no guarantee this works!).

System Registry Editor:
Double click LoadAppInit_DLLs and change the value from 1 to 0.

That should allow unsigned DLL's to load.

This is not an ADM issue but an issue that relates to the alpha windows release made available for public testing.
