Nitpick: Simple and Advanced AVC selections should not be mutually incompatible

Unchecking the advanced box ought to lock advanced settings to default and gray them out, that makes sense.  But conversely checking the advanced box should not gray out profile and tuning.  Presets are permitted by ffmpeg in conjunction with other settings.  Meaning I should be able to set speed to medium, set tuning to film, yet still have access to advanced settings, like change GOP, B frame processing, loop filter settings, etc. because ffmpeg supports doing this.  In particular, I often find the need to turn up deblocking by changing loop settings.
