FIXED: ae94fb4    [VS] Fix build with newer vapoursynth
update:previous commit  fe38ee5    [cosmetic] has not this behaviour
update 2: ae94fb4 seems to be fine on 16.04 LTS
update 3: ae94fb4 building on 14.04.4 and testing
update 4: ae94fb4 is up and fine on 14.04.4

Test procedure:
- Load video 720p4audioTracks3sat.ts, download 68.8 MB if you don't have this already into avidemux.
- Save with copy for both audio and video output with Mpeg TS Muxer (ff)

after saving video, avidemux exits with:

Error in `/usr/bin/avidemux3_qt4': free()
