Save in Original Format?

Sorry, this might be a bit of a newbie question, but I am recording OTC video and editing out commercials. The recordings are stored in TS format through PLEX. Right now I am saving the files as MKV after editing. Can I save the file in the original TS format?

Yes, sure. Select "Mpeg TS Muxer (ff)" as output format.
