pdb files for releases (and possibly also nighlties) available

Storing those along with the binaries that are made available would help much to debug chrashes in the VC builds.
Ideally these would be included in the Installer in a new group "debugging symbols" with a description like "if Avidemux chrashes and you'd like to have the option to inspect why, install those".
