Can't open Ut Video files on nightly version(2.8.2.23039)

I am unable to open Ut Video files since the latest nightly version(2.8.2.23039).
I get the following error popup window.

Info | Codec | Internal error opening libavcodec Ut Video decoder

And I found the following error logs in the admlog.txt file
