Quote from: LauraI was able to successfully get through steps 1-3 for my flip ultra camcorder (H.264 and AAC) but when I put the disc into my Panasonic (reasonably new) DVD player for my TV, the DVD player tells me \"This is incompatible\".
Should I be looking at what I did in Avidemux, in DVDstyler or in ImgBurn?
Thanks for any help you can offer.

So you authored a real Video-DVD (i.e. \"VIDEO_TS\" structure) and burned it to DVD-R, but your player rejected it?

Usually the DVD Authoring software would complain about a non-conform stream. So I think the encoding shouldn\'t be the problem. But it never hurts to double check all your settings, just to be sure.

Did you try other DVD Players? Or did you try a different Authoring software? You can try MuxMan for example...
You asked me once, what was in Room 101. I told you that you knew the answer already.
Everyone knows it. The thing that is in Room 101 is the worst thing in the world.

hi. thanks for the guide. i\'ve used it before successfully, but now i am having a problem. as this guide is old and avidemux has been updated since then, some of the dialogs are different, but i can still find the same options. ok, so i am trying to covert an xvid/dd5.1 ac3 file. when i open it, i get a message that there is a \"Packed Bitstream detected\" and i choose to unpack it. once that is finished, however, the option for the video is set to \"Copy\" and grayed out so i cannot change it. Plz help me!

Quotedvdstyler would not install

Use the portable version of DVDStyler (there is nothing to install, just copying is needed):

The updated instructions gives me a 404 not found error, what can I do?
