Main and Preview Toolbar QT

Just noticed this:

• These don't have  a name showing when right clicking toolbar and are not visible in the view menu.
• When moved, position is not kept when you exit and restart avidemux.

Find it rather useful when working with a 16:9 monitor instead of 4:3
