Audio Output - Filter - Resampling

In Audio Output when selecting Audio Filter to resample audiotrack from 44100 Hz to 48000 Hz. Avidemux keeps complaining the 48000 Khz is required (MP2 twolame) in Mpeg-PS Muxer (ff) (dvd compliant)
When making the changes via Main Menu -> Audio -> Select Track and applying changes in the Enabled track
[Copy -> MP2 (Twolame)]
[Configure -> Bitrate: 160]
[Audio filters -> [v] Resampling (Hz): 48000]

then this does work.
