Queued Jobs Do Not Work

I can run jobs in the normal 2.6 interface for windows. But after clicked File->Queue and then adding the job. I go to avidemux_jobs.exe and when any jobs are run out of this, they fail! The job I first noticed this in works fine in the normal interface. (The job was a basic video copy and audio copy - from an mkv into an mp4).

I have the same problem. I'm working with Ubuntu 12.04 64bit and avidemux r8102. Each job in avidemux3_jobs fails after 3-6 seconds.
