How to integrate other libraries or new plugins

Hello,
I've installed aaencplus and neroaacenc, would it be possible to add to the Avidemux audio codecs menu?
What about the stock videocodecs already available on libraries which could be shared with ffmpeg, mplayer and vlc ?
I mean, why should be there on their own directories, separated from the rest of the system?

You need to have the plugin to use these libraries
If they are not already there, it means somebody has to write them

Well I came up to conclusion that are almost same. So I tought something is duplicated or something like mine-is-better-then-yours.
Linux spirits are for working jointly and using tools that are already around. Maybe I'm thinking wrongly here.
Other point is to understand how to link plugins to avidemux. I'm sure that is easy task Just maybe missing volunteers
