Bug with MPEG-4 AVC ?????

Hi guys,

I have been trying to encode a bluray I bought, the file is encoded correctly but at the beginning of scene hits a piece that does not correspond to the actual beginning of the movie, I tested with different centers and the same thing happens, it's a bug or estoi doing something wrong?

another problem but this certainly is not the fault of avidemux, when codified use mkvtoolnix m2ts file to change container and thus avoid compatibility problems, what happens is that if I play the Original m2ts goes fast, but mkv stutters and slows down, there is a way around this?
