Save to MP4/MKV fails but MP4v2 works

Save of the following video to MP4 (AC3 audio must be disabled) and MKV fails with "too short" error. Save to MP4v2 works.

Fixed starting with r8184

Saving works now but a new bug appeared:

1) open the file
2) set B marker to 1.08s
3) delete the first second
4) save as MP4v2 or MP4/MKV

The resulting MP4v2 file is broken and MP4/MKV cannot be saved.
