Filter - Transform - Resize (small bug)

When select Filter - Transform - Resize:
- Unlock Aspect ratio
- Select some arbitrary WxH
Click OK buuton.
Again open same filter from "Active Filters". Yo will see Lock aspect ration checkbox is active and incorrect WxH values.
