Crash when loading a file

Hello,
If you try to load this file (both File->Open and D&D):

Avidemux crashes almost immediately (before showing the first frame).

I'm using version v2.6.1 (32bit) under windows 7 64bit.

For information, also ffmpeg/ffplay have problems with this file (it does not crash but video seems scrambled/puzzled).

It opens here no crash (ubuntu 12.04.1 lts) avidemux 2.6.1 r8440. Plenty of distortion. Blocks, green banding, .... Nothing to work with.
Canopus DV (DV) you have this decoder installed on your system?
If you still have the original source DV try re importing and if you have the choice: as DV type 2. If I remember correctly DV type 1 has issues in avidemux. Could not find a reference to this issue.
