After crash, no start again

Avidemux (2.6.3) appears to be very useful. 
Unfortunately, when I tried to edit a video file (deleting a part), I did something wrong and the program crashed. 
After that the program did not showed an error window and did not go further.  Online search for the remedy in the window started but end without any message or action.  The details in the error window is as follows (sorry Japanese words)

Even after restarting the system or uninstalling and reinsatalling the program did not help at all.

How can I make Avidemux to run again? (Windows7 professional)

Check regular nightly updates, could be fixed in near future, thanks.

Removing the crash.py file solved the problem.
