Audio stutter at the first second (approx) of mp file saved with AAC(Faac) audio

I don't know if this will work for everyone with the stutter problem during the first second, but here's my solution. Save in AAC (lav) instead of AAC (Faac). Works every time for me. Scenario: open avi file with mjpg video, PCM audio. Save same file as mp4 with Mpeg4 AVC (x264) video and AAC audio.
