Resampling FPS - Avidemux randomly quits

Hello. When i try to resample big file's FPS recorded in Dxtory (set to 25 fps, want to resample to 25 because of frame drop and audio desync) Avidemux suddenly quits without any message. Its happens randomly, sometimes generated file is barely 4GB (when main file is 60gb). File contains 2 audio tracks and its recorded in 720p (25fps as i mentioned before)
