problem queue : files failed

I use Avidemux 2.6.5. (windows xp) but I can not use the queue.
the avidemux_jobs I open the file, I click on RUN JOBS but all the files are in failed
why?

I use the git version on Debian. I have  some jobs, that fail, not all.
But when I repeat them, they succeed. I have no idea, why they
failed.
