turn .MOV by 90 deg. and audio is lost

I use SUSE 12.3 and Avidemux 2.5.6 (German version) - very nice tool. Thank you very much.
Unfortunately I've trouble when I turn MOV files from my digital camera by 90 degrees. I like to use "Copy" for audio, but only when I use the video filter "turn" and set 90Ã,° the audio track is lost. If I switch audio from copy to mp3 I get the audio track - but not synchronized 
Is there any "bug fix" or parameter which I can use or set to get "Copy" for audio with propper function?
