Is there any Logging?

Sorry if this has already been answered, but I looking in the FAQ/Wiki and the only Log I can see listed is the crash log under %APPDATA%

Is there a log/output which shows what commands are being run during encoding?

same place as the crash there is an admlog.txt
If you are looking for command line to invoke other programs, no need to look, there are none

My admlog is 0 bytes and doesn't get updated.. But if there are no "other commands" then I won't get what I am looking for.. I just wanted to see what switches you parse out..  But if its not possible, I will give up with that idea.

0 byte admlog is strange - are you looking in the right place?
Try running as a portable - then the admlog will be in the same folder as avidemux.
