tinypy disabled in 2.6.8

I found that I cannot load/save project in 2.6.8. When I try to save the project I got "tinypy is disabled in this build" error. Is it intentional?

I am using 64 bit of windows build

Normally tinypy cannot be disabled, only explanation is a plugin is missing in the installer
