Preset for Android Tablet

Any suggestion to achieve setting that will be playable on Android tablet, which it list like

I searched in many web sites, but more than twice the results drove me back here.

Any Idea to set a preset which in most of the case would be playable on smartphone and the like.
Some time that preset should take in consideration to auto-resize the frames, only if they'll be bigger than standard.

Anyone like to talk about this? pls.
