Error state unreliable

Hi!
I often do some batch encoding with recordiings made with VDR.
Sometimes there is a corrupt recording. Avidemux breaks the encoding,
but the state is successful.  And I often have  the opposite case. Encodings
which were ok, are shown as error in the joblist.
